Have Faith: Examining Homeschooling and Compulsory State Education
Talk given at St. Emmelia West Conference, April 2018:
Here is a Commentary on Fr. Peter's talk, "Have Faith" by Hieromonk Gabriel
Note: Fr. Gabriel seems to express a preference for parochial schools over homeschool. Paidea Classics believes each family, under the guidance of their spiritual father/confessor, should choose what is most appropriate and ideal for their particular situation. For some, if it is available, it may be parochial school. For others, the homeschooling lifestyle might fit better even if an Orthodox parochial school is available. Regardless of this difference in opinion, this still is an excellent review, and worthwhile reading. Click here to read.
